Rewriting Home Retreat

Rewriting Home Retreat

 Great Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, Tennessee

July 8-11, 2021

In our current culture, the phrase, “back to the real world,” is often communicated. It is used in the return ‘home’, after experiencing a sensational ‘break’, ‘holiday’ or ‘vacation’- as if the commercial world of consumerism, busyness and disconnection is real, is home.

In light of this false view and the spiritual havoc it evokes, we invite you to #getLIT with us in a journey of remembrance into our TRUE HOME, that of the natural world, both as you AND as all you are connected to! Join us, the MOONLIT Tribe founders, Alee & Allison, for 4 days/3 nights of reclamation and nourishment of the true home, the Self, under and within the divine landscape of the Great Smoky Mountains (ancestral lands of the Cherokee, Shawnee and Yuchi tribes).

During this retreat, we will dive deeply into the energy and wisdom of the moon by immersing ourselves fully into the natural rhythm of her mighty pull. Everyday, we will use the traditional tools of movement, meditation, and mindfulness to awaken our beings to their true reality. Designed around the current of the Cancer New Moon, expect to wade into the tides of lunar astrology through meaningful adventure (hiking and whitewater rafting), sharing locally sourced food and the healing powers of connection.

Get ready to #getLIT with us in “The Land of Blue Smoke,” with its lush woods, ancient mountains and misty blue vistas.
